Lake of the Woods is a family-run resort that features over two dozen individual cabins situated around a picturesque private lake. Many of the cabins date back to the 1930s, though there are also some new cabins available. Fishing is available at Lake of the Woods, with the 12-acre lake is stocked several times in the spring and fall with rainbow trout and row boat rentals available. The resort is in Lakeside, Arizona, just a few miles from Show Low. Winter sports are also available in the nearby White Mountains.
