Payson, Arizona is a couple of hours from Show Low.  On May 23 & 24, the Payson Loggers Sawdust Festival will be taking place.  Professional and amateur loggers compete for cash and prizes and the title “Logger of the Year.”  This is the 21st year for this family event which harkens back to the history and heritage of our area as a logging community.  Find out more about the Payson Loggers Sawdust Festival on the website.
